This Digital Product Purchase Agreement governs your purchase and use of digital products from Success with Coach J, a brand of Opulence Business Group.
1. Acceptance
By purchasing, downloading, or using any product, you agree to the terms of this agreement.
2. Digital Nature of Products
All products are digital files (SOPs, checklists, kits, and bundles) delivered electronically. No physical product is shipped.
3. Payment and Delivery
Payment is processed through Stripe or another secure third-party provider. Access to digital downloads is provided after successful payment.
4. No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final and non-refundable.
5. Permitted Use
Products are licensed for use within your own business. You may customize templates for your internal operations.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly publish the products as your own templates or for resale.
7. Product Customization
You are responsible for tailoring templates to your jurisdiction, industry, and specific business needs.

Products are intended for business education and implementation support and do not constitute legal advice.
9. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and for decisions made using the products.
10. Limitation of Liability
Opulence Business Group is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.
11. Chargebacks and Unauthorized Use
Fraudulent chargebacks or unauthorized use may result in revoked access and further action.
